As an experienced former Landman, Ms. Barrett has much experience reviewing, analyzing, and procuring onshore title. She also has experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing curative documents and was one of the Landmen in charge of reviewing all of ExxonMobil’s onshore title interests and curative requiring transfers of mineral interests. While working for BP, she gained valuable experience as an In-House Landman working both the Fayetteville and Eagle Ford Shale Assets.
